Nov 16, 2015 · You do not need to do anything with NIC2 from the host OS. It is not used by the host OS (unless you check the box to allow remote admin on this NIC). What you have is the recommended config - one NIC (NIC1)dedicated to the host and the other (NIC2) dedicated to the vms. Connect NIC2 to your switch.
